- Ice Breaker party will take place on the evening of the 10^th of September 2012 at the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences, Geological Survey of Belgium, Rue Jenner 13 - 1000 Brussels.

Pay attention that the entrance for the Ice Breaker Party is not the main entrance of the Museum !!

 

  - The conference dinner will take place on Wednesday evening (8:00 pm) the 12^th September 2012 at the mezzanine overlooking the dinosaurs gallery of the Royal Belgium Institute of Natural Sciences
 

The picture shows the excellent atmosphere of a previous dinner that we are expecting for the conference dinner organised during the GB2012 meeting.

- A visit to the RBINS exhibition is planned on Wednesday evening before the conference dinner and after the sessions. It's a guided tour with a quick visit in the paleontology collections conducted by Dr Annelise Folie followed by a guided tour in the Evolution gallery by Dr Thierry Smith. You will have the time after to visit all the Evolution gallery if you wish.
We ask those interested by this guided tour to register at the Secretariat office during the meeting.
