The detailed scientific program is presented day by day.
Oral Presentations:
- Time allocated for oral presentations is based on 20 minutes (15 min talk + 5 min for questions from the audience). Speakers will be cut short after the time limit has passed.
- Three simultaneous sessions will be run during the first three days of the meeting.
- Each session room will be equipped with the following: Computer, high-intensity projector, laser pointer, microphone system. One projectionist/staff member will be present in the lecture room.
- Single screen electronic presentations will be the only format available.
- Presentations are to be prepared in Powerpoint or PDF format. The presentations must be uploaded at the Helpdesk room before the beginning of each session or during breaks.
- Computers in conference rooms are windows based. Powerpoint 2007 (or more recent is) as well as a recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader are installed.
- Presenters will not be able to use their own computer for presentation.
- It is the responsibility of the presenter to ensure that her/his presentation is compatible with the set-up provided by the organisation.
- Student competitors must show the competition logo on the title slide of the presentation.
